Warranty & Exchange Policy

At Onway Cosmetics, we are committed to providing you with high-quality Dr. Rashel products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Eligibility for Exchange

You are eligible for an exchange if:

1. You received a wrong Dr. Rashel product.
2. The product you received is defective, damaged, or has a manufacturing fault.

Exchange Conditions

To process your exchange request, please ensure the following conditions are met:

• Wrong or Defective Product: If you receive the wrong Dr. Rashel product or a product with a defect, we will arrange for a free pick-up within Lahore. For customers located outside Lahore, the shipping cost for the return will be the customer’s responsibility.

• Sealed Product Packaging: The Dr. Rashel product must be in its original, sealed packaging. The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• No Stickers/Tape on Manufacturer’s Box: Please avoid placing any tape, labels, or stickers on the manufacturer’s packaging, as it could impact the exchange eligibility.

• Accessories: All included accessories must be in their original, unopened packaging and in perfect condition. Accessories are only eligible for exchange if the box has not been opened.

How to Request an Exchange

• Time Frame: Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the Dr. Rashel product.

• Inspection & Dispatch: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and ship out the correct Dr. Rashel product within 5-7 working days.

• Fast Exchange: We aim to expedite the exchange process once the product has been inspected and verified.

Important Notes

• No Return on Opened or Damaged Products: Products that are opened, used, or whose packaging is damaged cannot be exchanged.

• Accessories Policy: Accessories do not come with a warranty and can only be exchanged if they are unopened and in their original condition.

• Return Label: Please ensure that the return label is printed and attached to the return parcel. This helps avoid any inconvenience or delays during the exchange process.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations for Dr. Rashel products must be requested via email. A service representative will get in touch with you to discuss your cancellation request.
